We have visualized the new cottage settlement “DC”, located on Washington highway. The objective of the visualization of settlement was a reflection of the architectural features of buildings, re-breathing in the spirit of “Old England” and the harmonious unification of a new residential complex with the surrounding nature. It was important not only to recreate the village infrastructure, but also to reflect the unique atmosphere of the “DC”. 3D visualization of a low-rise residential settlement has been implemented on the bird’s eye view in general and as 3D rendering of cottage in the close-view perspective.
